How can I submit an Employment Pass application, and how long will it take to process?

There are two ways to submit your Employment Pass applications

-If the Singapore company that employs you has an EP online account, you can register online. Online applications are normally processed within three weeks of submission.

-You can also submit a manual application, which allows you to attach all supporting documents (this is not possible online). Manual applications are normally processed within eight weeks of submission.

How can I Renew my Employment Pass?

An Employment Pass renewal form will be mailed to your employer’s registered address three (3) months before your EP expires. The renewal application must be filled out and submitted to MOM at least four weeks prior your EP expires.

If your renewal application is accepted, your employer will receive an acceptance letter. You will need to go to the MOM office to get your new EP.
